Because each piece is handcrafted specifically for you, we offer a 48-hour “Reflection Window”. Within 48 hours of placing your bespoke order, you may contact our Concierge Team to adjust your stone selection before we begin the sacred process of stringing.

We do not hold inventory. Every bracelet is a unique creation, hand-selected and strung only after your order is received. This process of devotion takes 7–10 business days before it is ready to be shipped from our sanctuary to yours.

To complement our high-grade stones, we use only 18K Gold Vermeil and Hallmarked 925 Sterling Silver. These noble metals are chosen for their longevity and their ability to act as pure conductors for your stones' energy.

We recommend a Monthly Lunar Bath—placing your stones under the light of the full moon to recharge their natural frequency. For physical cleaning, use the complimentary jewelry polishing cloth included in your box.

To preserve the delicate energy and the luster of the metals, please remove your jewelry during vigorous exercise, swimming, or bathing. Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals.

Yes. Most of our jewelry arrives in Luxury, Gift-Ready Velvet Packaging—the kind that feels special before you even open it. It even doubles as a mini travel jewelry box, ensuring your magic stays protected wherever you go.

We offer Complimentary Shipping on all orders over $100 USD / $120 CAD. For orders below this threshold, a flat-rate shipping fee of $15 applies to ensure your package is handled with the utmost care.

However, our Signature Collection (Fixed Designs) can be returned within 30 days, provided they are in their original, unworn condition.

If your piece is wounded during transit, please email our team within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will prioritize crafting and shipping a Free Replacement to you immediately at no extra cost.
